KM400 for Korg OASYS ©

KARO KM400
1970 has certainly become a milestone in the history of the reproduction of genuine sounds with an electronic instrument:
The Mellotron M 400 sees the light of the world. The Mellotron analog samplers of the 1960s and 1970s quicky find their way into the pop and the rock music: Formations like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Manfred Mann's Earth Band, The Moody Blues, King Crimson, Tangerine Dream and Asia set an eternal monument for the Mellotron with their unprecendented and great art.

The famous Ted Taylor choir, the marvellous cello of Reginald Kirby, the gigantic St John's Wood church organ located in Birmingham, the magnificent brass and strings are unforgotten, just like, the Mellotron flute heard on the Beatles hit „Strawberry Fields Forever“.
These sounds belong to the most-played in modern times. In cooperation with Klaus Hoffmann-Hoock, KARO makes these sounds of the Mellotron available for the OASYS, now. Truly, a must for everyone, who loves the sound of the 1960s and 1970s!
KARO’s Peter Jung presents a short sequence in MP3 format, presenting a small glimpse of what the KM400 can do for you.
